The easiest way to learn how to knit is from a live teacher who can give you hands on support. This small, outdoor class is for people who have never knit before, as well as those who are still getting the hang of increases, decreases and knitting in the round. The goal of this class is to master basic skills, learn how to “read” your work and to correct common mistakes. We will discuss different types of needles, yarn and other knitting tools and take a peek at knitting patterns and terminology. The emphasis is on getting comfortable with knitting process rather than finishing a project.
